With our twenty horses, we explore the country on horseback, brew a changing selection of craft beers in our microbrewery, grow and harvest produce in our organic gardens and source ingredients from local homesteads and markets, creating delicious and wholesome culinary experiences. Here in the land of winegrowers and drinkers, we’ve dared to introduce a craft microbrewery. We use pure well water, highest quality hops and grains grown in premier beer nations of the world, and experiment with local seasonal ingredients like honey, spices, herbs and fruits grown in our orchards or collected in the forests.
We craft and age small-batch farmhouse style ales reflective of the wildness of this Georgian village setting. Belgian Blonde and Pale Ales, Hazy or Black IPAs, Pomegranate, Rhododendron, Quince Saisons and Cherry or Rkatsiteli Tripels are some of our innovative Georgian brews created over the last year.
